What kind of Artwork can I send?

We accept most artwork via mails. Our preferred formats are illustrator .EPS files, Corel Draw or PDFs.

Where do I send my artwork?

You can send it to info or eCommerce

What are sample charges?

Some of the items we offer have ‘sample charges”. It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are charges to create the screen or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. Keep in mind that if you ever place an exact reorder for the same item you do not have to pay setup/sample charge again.

How fast can I get my order?

It normally takes 2-4 working days for your order to arrive (although it might be faster or slower depending on the stock availability). In this time, We check your design and the final product to make sure everything looks okay. If your goods are required for a date, please make sure to let us know, and we will ensure that you receive your delivery in good time for your event.

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery to client’s charges would be agreed with the client as it varies per location.



Can I visit to see physical Samples?

Yes. Please do pay our showroom a visit which is located at Plot 23A Alhaji Tokan Street, Alaka Estate Surulere Lagos.

What type of payments method do you accept?

It is important to us to make your purchase with Queensbridge Gifts & Prints as comfortable as possible. Therefore, you can simply safely pay via instant bank transfer, debit or credit card (MasterCard, VISA). Besides the online payment methods, we also offer installmental payment methods which is 70% payment in advance and the balance upon pickup.
